We had the baba ghanoush, the shish tawook, and the mixed plate of baklava. Mouthwatering! Very good service and chill atmosphere. Also, very affordable and large portions. Spent about $50 for 2 of us, and we have enough leftovers for another meal for the both of us!

We came out of the Chihuly Garden at 7 pm and didn't want to spend an hour going to a restaurant in another part of town. Found this place on Yelp and glad we did. It's not fancy, but the owner did a nice job bringing in the theme. (Petra is in Jordan. The ending of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was filmed there.) Anyway, the food was flavorful. The portions were decent and the prices were fair. The dinners we ordered came with lentil soup, which you swap for a salad for an additional $2. The app selection looked great, but that would have been more food than we needed. Service was attentive and friendly.

Although the restaurant is quite pricey, the cuisine is nonetheless quite good. We all had a terrific time eating in, and our server gave us very good service. The meal never lets you down, and the experience was fantastic.

was in Seattle for a cybersecurity training at Amazon HQ and drove by this place on my way to the hotel. I Immediately noticed the warm lighting and the curtains along the windows, and just like that, natural instinct kicked in, and I knew I had to give this place a shot. Walking in, familiar Arab music and drums are playing softly in the background, which easily added to my initial impression of the authenticity of the place. By now, I was hungry and happy, but maybe that was a result of making it indoors and out of the cold Seattle weather. Feeling the heater blowing hot in true Seattle fashion, I took my seat. I got the Mezze tray and found that this alone was the perfect amount of food for one (hungry) person. Combined with the Shawarma entree, I had food to last through the rest of my work trip, so I know my company appreciated these portions, for the sake of the stipend. Everything was delicious. When I asked for a to-go box, I recall the server taking a hard look at all the food left on my table and getting the same feeling I get when I'm having dinner at my aunt's and I didn't finish all the food on my plate. My eyes are bigger then my stomach, sue me. But hey, I wanted authentic Arab, and I got it. Rest assured that nothing went to waste folks.
